Employers must take reasonable steps to protect their employees from sexual harassment.
Employers now have a duty to anticipate when sexual harassment may occur and take reasonable steps to prevent it. If sexual harassment has taken place, an employer should take action to stop it from happening again.
Every employer should have established their due diligence to prevent and protect their teams. This should include updating or introducing policies and providing regular training for their teams. The HR conductor can assist with all these needs.
