The Full Story

My name is Lyn, and I am the HR Conductor. My HR consultancy is designed to assist companies that either lack in-house HR support or require additional support for their existing in-house teams.  I am based in Bath and can cover locally in the South West, nationally and internationally.  I have over 20 years experience working in the corporate environment for various companies from start up to large scale.  

I am a proud working parent of two teenage boys living in Bath with my husband and 2 cats.  I grew up in the South West and after moving to London for over 20 years I came back in 2018 to where I feel most at home.

After leaving Somerset in 1997 to go to Uni I settled in London and built my career gaining experience working in HR in the early 2000's.  I learnt how to 'be' and 'do' HR in retail and built my career from there.  Fast forward to 2025 and the HR Conductor has been born.  I have spent the last 5 years of my career in a fast moving, high growth business where I helped change and evolve the company culture, leading the People function for UK and Ireland.  From a small head office and Operations team in the UK it grew exponentially and became a global recognised brand  - a fantastic 5 years!

​My passion is working with leaders who are growing their business and need a confidential critical friend.  I am commercial in my approach.  I work with multiple businesses either on a retainer on projects or bespoke needs.  My goal is to help you protect your company and ensure you are compliant.  I love to work with leaders who want to create a sustainable, retained workforce and need some support to deliver this.
